Cool photos will be good to see a before and after when rosie gets her wheels and you lower the front end.

matberry - June 28th, 2010 at 09:28 PM

Craig S - June 28th, 2010 at 09:38 PM

You guys must see rust in your sleep.

The notch and beetle with the Raders look great (mind you they all look great, I'm just more partial to Raders). Do you know which manufacturer they are? The only two I know of doing (what I presume are) 17" are:

hahaha done dude, you gonna ship it down? that front end took about 3 weeks to develop, but was worth it in the end... :dork:

Dasdubber - June 28th, 2010 at 09:58 PM

Nice work mate, some cool pics and rides there....the notch has to be my fave. I can empathise with the rust - any splitty resto's that don't need the full bottom 8 - 10 inches right around is a bonus for us nowadays!

empi - June 28th, 2010 at 10:50 PM

Nice , i love what you have done to the whiteish notch

vicelore - June 28th, 2010 at 11:57 PM

Tell me about it.. Inspiration.. Mines got all those features..

Stanley - June 29th, 2010 at 06:59 AM

Nice work on the notch front beam guys. Ive seen other attempts at fitting a type 1 beam but yours looks good

cheers

HappyDaze - June 29th, 2010 at 07:24 AM

If it wasn't for people like Adam and Mike bringing them back to life, these cars would end up being crushed for scrap - gone forever. More power to you blokes!

Cheers, Greg

rob53 - June 29th, 2010 at 10:11 AM

Love the A pillar repair, wonderful to see the final result.

annosL - June 29th, 2010 at 11:03 AM

Thanks for sharing great shots of your work, inspiring for amateurs like me:cool:

Scarab - June 29th, 2010 at 12:17 PM

seems I'm not the only one on here lovin' that Notch!! stunning machine!

glad to see you guys have got plenty of work coming through the doors, well done.

nsuwift - June 29th, 2010 at 12:39 PM

Im also lovin the notch. Are the wheels 17x7 if so do you have any trouble with tyre rubbing at that size. Also with that size wheel do you have to narrow the front beam?

vicelore - June 30th, 2010 at 03:18 PM

Pretty sure that thats the reason the notch was posted on here. Think they fitted a Type 1 beam in it.. Looks like it mounts differenty to the standard type 3 ??

Seems like allot of work.. Cant you buy narrowed type 3 beams ready to go ??

Cheers Vice

LOVE the light blue 60's bug with radars. What engine is that running? I was behind it a few weeks ago and it seemed pretty quick!

yes indeed, wheels ripped the guards big time so thats why it came down... we designed and built the beam from scratch, was roughly 4 inch narrow over stock and even had shocks (most kits done overseas do not with that much of a chop) utilises 3 of the 4 original mounting points and one custom one at the bottom of the bulkhead to increase ground clearance.... not available off the shelf yet but will be making them soon, at them moment they are made on order.... cheers adam
