Whats the story with the deck? i.e. height off the ground, attached to existing building, have you loged D.A. with local council and are you supplying materials?

deck will be just over 2 meters off the ground, preferably covered with an iron roof but that can also be added later, it will be attached to my house, there already is a current deck/sunroom in its place which is half the size and i will be pulling it down for the new one to replace it, wont bother with council as im replacing something thats already there, can supply materials depending on what materials are wanted, i prefer metal posts and timber everything else.I can also do the handrails myself etc.

i can also include a second karmann ghia in need of restoration for the right person if interested, we can always negotiate on how much someone wants to do and how much i can finnish off.
