Hmmmm:borg:

Scarab - July 20th, 2010 at 01:54 PM

Its ugly....but it would go pretty well I reckon.

The engine appears to be a cut down F430 V8....I've driven one of those and they go pretty well....half the engine slapped into a bike has gotta be pretty lethal.

I'd be more than happy to give it a test caning! :D

certainly a form follows function design. looks pretty streamlined. Have they made a prototype or is it still in design phase?

i'd ride it :P... and probably die 2 seconds after

amazeer - July 20th, 2010 at 10:10 PM

looks like a kids ride on toy. Still plenty of VW's I would own before settling for a ferrari anything.

DubCrazy - July 21st, 2010 at 06:45 AM

looks like one of the concept hot wheels toys! does nothing for me...

steff...........

Why get a Ferrari when you can have a Volkswagen?

VW Type 4 (Porsche 914), 2979cc, Eaton M60 supercharger, Weber 48 DCOE carbs. Rhino transmission.

That's a ripper. Another swap which used to be popular was the 1600 VW into a BMW R60 frame, using the BMW gearbox. I Haven't seen one of these around for years, but when well done they almost looked like a factory production.
