I didn't make Valla this year, however had a great day out on the Sunday at Greazefest 2010. What a great event! A good number of VWs attended.
This event has many attractions aside from the great cars!!

John you've done a great job in photoshop to put the sunny background in the photos
Yes I thought I would ensure that Valla was a dry weekend by staying away! It was no surprise that it was misting rain as I left for the Greazefest event - thankfully it did clear-up.
Just so long as the Ghia stays at home for Warwick
The 'Drought Breaker' will stay at home!
I will be too busy shit stirring D Stoker on the weekend to worry about the ghia. He might let me polish his pretty new car anyway!?
How much was it to get in? I heard it was $30, is that true, and it only went from 8.30 to 1pm. I have often thought about going but wondered if it was value!

I was hoping to get to this this year, but like the rest of my trips, the plans got canned... maybe next year, thanks for the reminder i missed it!

Damn nice ghia at the top!
Those suicide doors on the beetle look pretty wild.
Love the way some of the guys there have dressed in the old gear too ![]()
The show cost $25.00 to enter the car. I was there from 8.00am to 3.00pm. There is a lot to see and includes live bands and plenty of nice things to
look at. It is one of the best shows I have attended - great value.
No Adam the BRMs are the right ones!
RAW might want to start making some of the 'hubcap handbags' that the young lady is carrying. It was quite a talking point!
