I think is name is osscar/ross from halfway creek .

If its who i think it was , to start with they are only Drag stars or similar as i was also looking at them , and you can probabley contact him easily through Rod Penrose as he bought Rods old Drag car , hence why he had quite a few speed parts for sale now not needed with a complete car purchase
