Can anybody tell me where i can find side pods from here in Australia ?

What is the norm in the way of seats, on a classic resto manx ?

any help would be great.

Right from the beginning Manxes have had stock seats from other cars as well as Beard seats and racing style seats, so there is really no classic style of seat for a Manx type buggy.

Old Red the very first buggy ever has seats from another car.

If you want standard seats from another car and that will fit close to the floor and which will go as far back as possible, I suggest seats from a Datsun 240Z, 260Z or 280Z. They are very narrow at the rear of the squab, they are comfortable and are fully adjustable. Fit runners from a Ford XD, XC, XF if you want to go as low as possible.

Stock Beetle seats have very little side grip, so they are not really suitable for a buggy.
