I was gonna say maybe you're just reading it wrong, and he gets his engines from the car aisle of supre, and they charge alot going buy his asking price.

I remember from the ebay description english isn't the sellers strong point.

And why would you go to all the trouble of putting in those new instruments but you buy a MPH speedo instead of KMH? The racing stripe makes it all worthwhile though.
