What's got me wondering tho is the 4 holes in the hubcap... did somebody decided taking the hubcap off to loosen the wheel nuts was just too much like hard work !?!?

notice the air vents in the engine lid are blocked off too...

maybe if it catches on fire, the fire can't get thru the vents???

if you got the nuts undone and the wheel off...

nuts would then be in the hubcap...lol
