SUNDAY DECEMBER 12 ..... CRUISE from 9.15 am or BBQ from 10.30am

Its that time of year again where we all get together for a little bit of Christmas cheer VOLKSWAGEN style. We will kick things off with a mystery cruise through the Adelaide Hills then onto our selected BBQ destination.

We have chosen HAZELWOOD PARK in BURNSIDE for our event this year as it is a great central location . It has a huge brand new playground to keep the kids entertained, also you can choose to go for a swim in the awesome Burnside public pools, and the park has large open spaces and plenty of shade.

Also we can safely park our pride and joys just meters from where we will be setting up, and our very special guest Santa Clause will make an appearance to hand out gifts for the kids.

This is a great day for all VW Owners young and old, so come along and share a sausage, a soft drink, a great cruise, and catch up with people you might not have seen in a while, or get to know some new like minded VW lovers, like yourself…….. EVERYBODY IS WELCOME !

Meeting Point for the Cruise: Plain Tree Drive car park Hackney at 9:00AM for a 9:15AM Departure.
An approximate cruise time of 60 minutes up through the Adelaide Hills and then arrive at Hazelwood Park at approximately 10:15AM, or you can just head straight for the BBQ site from 10:00AM if you wish.

The VEC will provide free; sausages / burgers / bread / sauce and soft drinks, if you would like to bring a share plate of either salad / savoury or desert, please feel free.

Santa Clause will be arriving shortly after lunch with presents for the kiddies, please contact Santa's helper Simon Howard on (m) 0439504175 no later than 5pm 9/12/10 so he can make sure Santa has something special for your little ones.

yes on this sunday with a cruise on friday night at 7pm meet at plane tree drive

cool, any idea how long the cruise is/ where to, for friday night??

not sure where it is going but it will finish at a cafe for coffee i an sure it will go for of 1 hour
