this is one method
i use photobucket and just copy and paste the img code

I use a program called "Irfanview" (free) to reduce the file size of image then save to hard drive, add as an attachment, I think you can only add three attachments per post, but there will be numerous methods

it seems attatchment photos ( upload to forum ) are limited to 100kb
I just use gimp to resize
