Last night at 10:30pm on my way home from work I slowed Belle down to see if the car parked alongside the road was a workmate broken down (It was and I couldn't just drive past her). Just as I was pulling forward to get my car off the road someone came around the bend doing 100 or over and plowed into the back of my beautiful little girl
Her back bumper took most of the brunt and the fact that I was moving forward at the time probably saved the motor (we hope). We don't know if there is engine damage yet but this is where we find out just how good Shannons is I guess....

Right now I'm just angry/sad/miserable, I'll have to drive the ford down to Valla, My lovely little bug will have to miss out this time....

The guy in the other car was worried that I was ok but all I could say was 'Oh my car!! My poor car!!"

It's just amazing, you try to do the good samaritan thing and then that goes and happens, you just cant win!

As long as you make it to Valla, Shani. Belle can always go in 2005. It's always a shame when anything happens to your pride and joy, but worse when someone else causes it. Hopefully she'll be all better soon.
