Anybody know of a space I could lease out to hold my project till it gets up and running. It will take about six months or so of grind to get it to legal and I will be sourcing parts and panels all over Sydney but I am in the East (Bondi) so would like to close to it, maybe Alexandria or Mascot. Any lead appreciated. Cheers.

Would look at Point Piper as well, if nothing else comes up!
