Just heard a report on that engine, it dynoed 97 BHP at the back wheels!! and what impressed the dyno operator was it was still making power at 175kmh, not to shabby for a 2007cc in a Kombi !

I've spent some time in that particular 'cave' over the last couple of years.... The beer and bbq are always top shelf.... Most recently my new 'toy' spent some time on that very hoist.... Sure wish I had one of them back here in WA!.... And great to meet you too Dave (Black64).... Best of luck with that pile of bike parts! ;)

Yeah.... B4 was just talking be through this car... Apparently he was driving it around town earlier only to realise it wasn't registered!!!
As for making it back.... My god it was a good trip.... But had some problems along the way.... Electrickery is still a massive issue.... No indicators, no wipers, no high beam.... Vapor locked fuel pump 200ks out of Iron Nob.... And the brakes failed coming into Perth yesty arvo.... Fun times!

What's gonna be next in the 'cave' I wonder?
