paint name for red oval

hey guys just wondering for my 57 oval i need to repaint my glove box lid just wondering if anyone knows the proper name for the red, any help would be greatfully appreciated.

The colours off the samba are for German-built cars. The Australian cars had different colours, from memory I think the red colour was called 'Manly Tan' around '56-'57. Doesn't sound very red I know, don't ask me for the logic of that. Not sure if there were any others.

probably due to manly being the mecca for backpackers and they dont tan to well lol

They're still the same colours, some were just given aussie names here, Manly Tan is just Coral red everywhere else just like Wattle is Texas Yellow, Flipper Blue is Marina blue etc etc.

There's actually nothing remotely red about Manly tan/Coral red, its more of a pumpkin like brown colour.
Is your's definately the original colour still?
