I believe it states "highway speed & fully loaded."

i understand the test wasn't "for the heck of it" but it was to test the test equipment, much the same way air tanks are way over filled for divers
and chains are over loaded with weights, that way the quality and construction CAN be fully guaranteed. we dont see the measurements for the ground
equipment, but i'll bet it was about zero, meaning that the full force of any collision can be measured and recorded correctly without any loss thru
the test equipment itself.
its a shame they left the hood and bows on the back of that truck because then we could have clearly seen the concrete in the back.

Install a 6-speed Subaru box (without reversing the diff) and a Subaru boxer-6 engine, turn the driver's seat around, move the steering wheel and you
have a reliable, fast, strange, crashworthy 3T negawskloV.

I'd like to see the same done to one of those Great Wall utes, don't think there would be much left 
I would prefer to be in a T3 than any Jap Van of the same vintage. have a look at some of their crash tests.
