Hi All,

The nationals today had a lot of great cars, so I figured that I'd start a thread for everyone to chuck their photos in. You'll spot that I've taken a lot of photos of the Hopkins cars, but that's because they were fantastic. I tried to get a few from each of the different types, but I'm afraid I'm more a Beetle and KG guy, so there's not too much of the others.

This one had a HID headlights, the owner reckons the beam is fantastic.

CBB had this unfinished bus on display, and when you count the number of cylinders at the back, there are more than usual...








They also had an electric bug and an electric bus on display, here's the bug

I'm a sucker for a Type 34

And then there was the Hopkins Split

This one was going for $11,000

Judging by the number of photos I took, I was quite taken by this KG

The shine on this one was fantastic

This one looked neat, and can be yours for $30,000

And finally, just to prove that I did look at some water cooled cars, here's a few of them....

it was a cooooooool show you must of nearlly covered every car, there wasnt many rats this year ,also it looked like the number of entrants was down and once again there was a carpark full of nice cars

Good to see CBB keeping "it in the family" with the Porsche 6 and not a Suby/ Commodore transplant/ abortion or whatever you like to call it.

Angel eyes on the Beetle.. dam it somone has been reading my notes on how to do it LOL!!

Shame the split Beetle wasn't completely original. Car looks fantastic and I could even live with the Porsche rims as they do look the good on the car but the exhaust system is just a disgrace on a car of that quality....
