where can u get a super 60 horse power engine guys i really need one

i cant find a 1958 engin or a 60 horse power engine can someone tell me where to get one please

It's 1584cc your looking for and theyre the most common engine.
There is usually a few on ebay.

Several Forum sponsors sell the brand new mexican crate motors.

A mild 1916 will get you 60 rwhp easy.

Baja is right, a solid 1916cc will should easily get you into 60hp at the wheels.
Alternatively you could build up a strong 1776/1835 and get the same power, it'll just require a little more tweaking

engle 100 cam everything else stock, stock heads, kadrons. Mine made 64 at the wheels with 31" tyres.

This persons got a couple of threads going, looks like they're just chasing a stock 1600 superbug engine which are 60hp

Unless you want a 1958 porsche 60hp.

a vw supplier at the vw nats was selling turn key brand new 1916 motors for $6900.
