I'm looking to hire one (or 2) red VW beetles for a convention display for one of our green life clients. The car(s) would be parked on site at the Gold Coast Convention Centre on the 1st August and would remain till close of business 3rd August.

Your VW is beautiful and just what we are looking for. We would like to offer you $350 to hire the red VW (license plate 99 AGT) from the 1st to 3rd August. This would involve you taking the car to the Gold Coast Convention Centre on the 1st August and picking it up on the 3rd. The car will be used as a centre piece for stall decoration, it will not be moved at any time. It will have flowers placed in the boot and in the front and back seats in pots - at all times it will have cloth material placed underneath the pots so that it will not in any way dirty the vehicle.

The company that is hiring the car is Oasis - the stall is for its Sun Parasol product (sunparasol.net.au). My company is their advertising/marketing agency, Treehouse Creative.
