It's on next weekend not far away and it's school holidays so something to do with the kids.
There's a play area and a skate park as well as heaps of open area to trow a ball

Last year there was around 50 different VW'S old and new. So lots to look at

What ever time people want to get there in the morning before they have lunch in the park. There's BBQ'S there if you want to bring along something to cook on it for lunch or just bring a picnic for lunch.

I don't know what time you old folk have lunch but I have mine after 12pm some time.

We had a fantastic day out, the weather was good to us and we had all types turn up for a picnic in the park by the lake.

Even a porche and a ford gt came in to have a look at all the vw's in the park.

Damn! Must have missed that GT. It was such a great day out! And the roads out to the picnic spot were a good bit of fun too!

i think the only vw that we didn't get a pic of was the
Purvis Eureka / lunch truck as it came in late with a esky full of food , no drinks esky as there was no room for one :fakesniff: :lol:

Ha, yeah at least the esky was a bit lighter on the home trip.

Yep, good day had by all, I noticed that Ian couldn't help himself, 2 outings and a picture of a bird taken at both.
