Hi there,

Does anyone here in the Forum have driving experiance driving in the Alpine National park during this time of the year? In particular my mife and i are thinking of going from Melbourne to Omeo then either via Mt Buller or via Germantown then onto Albury/Wadonga in our Kombi!

Any thoughts/comments..........

head down to gipsland hit bairnsdale then up to omeo through mount hotham( need to carry snow chains)to harrietville then on to bright myrtleford ,go check out beechworth and ask a local where to find woolshed falls ,(its easy ) then cruise through yackandandah and in to albury and i,ll shout you a coffeee at my backpackers at 452 david street in albury its a bloody nice drive
