Does anyone here frequent that section of this forum much?
I posted 2 posts in the chit chat section knowing that I would get help fast with the amount of traffic that browses in here.
Both my posts were moved to the chit chat section almost instantly and now are sitting idle. These were fairly general questions a little on the tech side but I would say not technical.

One of them was trying to track a fellow AVD member down.

I would love the mods to get involved and explain this and why the do get moved without any explaination. Especially the Dropped spindles engineering post.

I am sure the posts would have been answered in the first day and gone away just as quick.

You'll find the vast majority of people on here browse using Topic Activity rather than looking in each specific forum.

It's a heaps quicker way of seeing all the new posts without actually having to click on each forum so they get seen regardless of what section they are in.
It's been a hell of a long time since I've done any moderating but the usual reason for moving stuff is to help improve search results.

I just cruise toipc Activity - that way I catch all the rubbish
(especially the iPhone posts that I delete )
