HELP - info on 72 DC for sale

Hi all, new to the site. Im interested in purchasing a 72 dual cab for sale on car sales (cannot seem to attach link)
would appreciate any history or info regarding the BAY 72 dual cabs and if this price ($21,990) is a reasonable ball park asking price for a kombi in this condition.
any info at all wouls be greatly appreciated.
