Seeing as Production Automotive are a sponsor of our site I thought I would flag the following for all to know. I do not know them and I am going from a report so I hope I have the details right.


I was reading yesterdays Sydney Morning Herald and there was a special report on WorkCover NSW SafeWork Awards.

Melinda Leyshon & Production Automotive were the winner of "Best Workplace & Safety Practices in a Small Business"

As I am very involved in a contracting company I am more than aware of the requirements of OH&S and it is all changing on 1st January 2012 to a new national system.
I am also very aware of the cost and effort in implementing and maintaining a system.
For a small company to embrace OH&S and embed it into their culture, that in itself is a worthy feat.
But it seems Production Automotive have taken it further and topped the class
