I posted something a few days ago that was a bit rude, I knew it and headed it with a warning to that effect, now it's gone. A mod has to have removed it and I have no real problem with that, generaly speaking I think that the mods do a great job in keeping this site as friendly and acceptable as can be expected, BUT, it would be good if there was some notice as to why a post is dumped (any post, not particularly this one) In this case I reckon I know why and while I personaly didn't find it offensive I assume someone did, did that person "report" the post or did a mod decide to take action on his / her own or did more than one mod make the decision between them? NOT complaining, just asking,
Keep up the good work fellas. :love:

Good one Donn. I agree, it would be nice to know. I recently had a thread moved, not there's a problem, but I thought that the thread author would be advised as to where it went and why. That way every one can be on top as to understanding the workings and therefore reduce the need for the mods to do any work by posting in the correct section to begin with.
My thread was the idea of a cruise to Al's opening in General Chit Chat, got moved to Events and Happenings.....Have a look in General Chit Chat, there are MANY cruise type threads just like mine, and they are still there....why does this happen? Why move one and not the others.....? Does not compute.....

This is a query, not a complaint.

do you really need an explanation as to why a video posted with a nude woman walking around for 10 minutes gets deleted. I had no problems with it but I dont think we sign a disclaimer to all being over 18 years old when we sign up do we?

As I said, no complaint and I reckon I know why, just a question, maybe a PM to the poster something like "your a very naughty boy, no nudity here please" :lol:

Hi Donn,
I know the post you are talking about. I saw it in Bad Attitude, and it is still there. I assumed it was posted in there by you, which is the right place for it.

Bad Attitude is the section where you have to be over 18 to visit.

This forum is for:

* People with thick skins. You dish it, you'll get it back. Don't whine when it happens.
* The more mature jokes. You know what I mean
* Politics
* Religion
* Anything which is dicey in the other forums

What this forum will not contain:

* Defamatory posts - we can't afford for the forum to close
* Aggro between members. Argue with words not hate.
* Pr0n - it's against our hosting agreement.
