Over ten years ago I bought a complete rubber kit from Boris for my Ghia restoration, two years ago, some of the rubbers deteriorated quite badly...not his fault (manufacturing?). I expressed to him what had happened, no questions asked, he replaced "ALL" the ones I needed for free. Definitely a rare and reputable businessman...
Cheers,
al
p.s. Mail/Cod service is excellent!

"Definitely a rare and reputable businessman..."

good call Aldo.

I have spent a lot of time in Sydney lately and had the pleasure of getting to know Boris, and drank his beers on a friday, and can only say this is a great VW business run by a great bloke.

Yep, I agree. I bought some parts from Boris via mail recently, and the service was excellent.

Not only that, but Boris (whom I'd never met before) helped me completely rebuild my distributor while I was at Valla! :thumb

Boris is a rockin dude.

I agree with everyone. Boris has never met me before, but would have to be the most helpful person, over the phone, when it comes to anything to do with VW's. He's helped me no end. Thanks Boris, heaps.
Regards,
Mark:thumb

I have to agree with the comments about Boris. I bought some rubber for my Ghia about 13 years ago - I was only buying stuff bit by bit as I could afford it. That wasn't good enough for Boris - he gave me everything I need in one go, and told me to fix him up later as the cash came through. That - is one sure way to keep customers!

Squiz....

Looks like you were a man with a mission in Sydney, Pendle Hill and VVW

That's for the pics, did not realise how big the shop was but know it's very popular:o
