Just had to say that my rebuilt FI engine finally got up and ran sweetly today Must say though after all these years I still manage to make mistakes. I've been trying to get it to fire now for some weeks off and on, I checked and rechecked the ignition complete, was getting a spark so it must have been the FI system. Checked every single wire and all was good so all I could do was to start and check everything again then I thought about the timing and got it to TDC then thought "no I couldn't have!" but I had ,the dist drive 180o out swapped the HT leads around and she fired straight away, I even cleaned her all up.........now where's that buggy
