Around 8pm last night noticed I couldn't access my emails and this is why, I wonder who has all that information on account customer of telstra not
good.

when it is fixed" still waiting.

well i feel if they really cared staff would of had adequate training coupled with a structurally sound management system so this 'oversight' that
led to this current F up would of been found n rectified way before this situation even aROSEd 
ringing Telstra is one of the most inefficient exercises that I have come across
a close 2nd is insurance companies

the way I understand it,(and I may not ) it was a
problem away from Telstra, one they had no real controll over.
