Anyone on the east coast of oz who may be interested they are running a whole pile of Wheeler Dealer shows on Turbo max 1
Sunday 8/4/12, from 11am to 9pm, ten shows in a row at 7pm you get an American Karmann Ghia, if I got that right!

Lots of other interesting non VW cars as well.

I like that show, its not as wanky as most of the other car shows. A few months ago I was watching chasing classic cars on turbo max and the bloke was auctioning a 60's splitty dual cab fully restored with a few mods, it went for $75,000 which apparently is a world record price for a dual cab.

The mechanic actually does good work on a budget.He's a mad VW nut too. They did up a 60's beetle that came out real nice. That Chasing Classic car show, the DC only got a record price because he only sells at rich boys auctions at inflated prices.
