No. The early vents are vertical, not horizontal.

Cool, have been chasing one of those. Expose those vents man!!

I remember those long number plate screws i think every splitty had them back when I was an apprentice.

I like the number plate bolts / screws

they could kill someone

Be thankful those are bolts and not needle point screws for the number plate, great for ripping your forehead open when people use screws.

Anyway decklid just has old grafted in pair of vents or punched in louvers, very common mod.

Genuine cabrio decklids had rain catcher trays spot welded in underneath and much bigger vents.

I hope you relocated the fuel filter for them !

yeah only hit my head on those threads twice.

engine bay is much nicer now, but more focus was on king n links and steeringbox.. unbelievable amount of movement. whole car was a deathtrap.
