RNS510s on ebay

The list price for these is a few G's isnt it? How/why are there so many on ebay? Some are new, some used. Where are they coming from? People getting aftermarket stereos? But why would they opt for the 510 and then switch it out, might as well just get the standard unit. Are they really just a 15 minute plug and play swap? (not that I have a late VW to put it in)

Hey Amazeer,these things are made in Asia screen quality is not as good as original,it depends what year your car is wether its plug n play or not.I'm no expert but I can put you in touch with one if you like he is based in Penrith. cause they swap them out for the sat nav version

I think these are stabdard in the Toe Rags ????

They are a good radio - especially when you hook them up with the "media in" function and bluetooth and all tied into the steering wheel controls

They are not quite a simple 15minute swap over though
Several people dont get all the funtions working properly for no known reason
