Beetle in Arncliffe NSW. Help Needed!
Rural Baja - May 25th, 2012 at 04:24 PM

G'day All!

A good friend of mine is looking at purchasing a used new beetle. So far her options for a under $11k beetle are few and far between, however i have found a cheapy with not many miles.

It's listed for $5999, a cheap price for a new beetle, however photos always look better than the actual car.

So here is the link!

If anyone is nearby and willing to give the car a real good once over this would be much appreciated. We just want to know if it's worth booking a plane fare up and taking a look at it.

I know its a long shot asking but its worth a crack?

Cheers Will.

That has had a REAL tough life for 115km's

front bumper has been replaces and rear RHS damage going by the colour mismatch

No kidding.

I'd keep looking.

Not wanting to come off too sexist here but it looks like the typical little girly who cant park or drive's first car that mummy and daddy paid for that's been run into the ground.
The fact a dealer is selling it for nearly half what they normally sell for even with almost 12 month reg and such low KMs should tell you something.

Maintaince with these types of owners is usually questionable too.....

Check the oil level???? they did that when I bought the car....
