I actually think that blue and white RX7 is pretty cool. Not something I would drive in Australia, but it looks like good fun. The style of car is called Bosozoku, it's about being as outrageous as possible. A sort of "my spoiler is bigger than yours" kind of thing. No sillier than the 'donks' that they build in the US.
