Drive Your VW to the Race 9-1-12 to 9-3-12
So each year we like to go to Sacramento to race at Bugorama events. If you have
never been there its a huge event with a gigantic swap meet, massive car show, just about every vendor you can think of and my favorite part............DRAG RACING! Lots and lots of drag racing. Some of the largest turnouts in all the race classes. This year its a special event for us drag fans, A pro stock gathering! The Bugorama group has put out a call to all the pro stock cars to step up or shut up! (Well close to that!) but a huge purse is on the line. How about $10,000 big ones? Well i do not race pro stock so this is a perfect time to watch 10,000rpm combos race for 10G's! ($10,000)
So we will drive our VW's up to the event. I will take my 1966 Turbo VW FastBack.

I am glad that I picked up a copy of dune buggies and Hot VWs and just went around to the vw shops that had adds in it.
we meet some very nice vw people.
