It's a Garage World shed kit.
I built it myself up to the frame stage, but had been too busy/lazy to get it finished so I paid a builder to sheet it and finish it off.
All done now, just need to have it wired and paint the floor.
Also going to build a storage floor in the rear bay to put some bits up on.

Yep thought so, you got the best on the market, down this way they now go by the name of Shed Boss, I thought it was a nation wide change, I'd be
interested to know how it went with the company, any problems etc? which outlet did you deal with?

everyone in my family that has a shed did that.
although for most people its the time factor that stops them.

I would of thought it was the ability to design the shed, including the slab, with the necessary engineering, that is if it was a steel portal frame
shed, I suppose if it's a timber frame shed that may be different, but a great shed like that with the height etc would be a special design to stand
up to wind loads etc.
ps, a little bit green with envy about this one, looove the height.

I dealt with the Rockhampton outlet.
I ended up just buying the shed kit off them, but their quote included slab, engineering and construction. It was just too expensive what they
wanted.
They wanted $5000 for construction and $5000 for a 100mm slab on flat ground with no addition reenforcing. Because I had to do a cut and fill where
the shed was the footing had to go back down the natural ground, I also had additional strength and thickness built in, as well as two additional
footing areas on the left bay with the intention of adding a 2-post hoist in the future. The slab is basically bulletproof and cost me $7000, I'd
hate to think what the quote from the shed company would have been.
One other point to note Donn, I found this out after I had bought my kit and had my slab done by someone else.
Dad was talking to a guy at work that had just purchased a shed from Garage World. But he paid them to do everything from slab to construction. He
purchased a hoist from my dad's work to fit to his shed. When he drilled the holes into the concrete to fit the bolts the holes he drilled only went
60mm deep before he hit dirt!! Turns out the slab was way under spec to what he had specified and paid for. So they had to pull the shed done and
start again.
When I heard this I was quietly glad that I'd had the slab done by someone else.
But as for the shed itself, I can't fault it. It is super strong and very well constructed. It really is top notch and I'm very happy with the
finished product.

I designed it at the shed company. We did it all on the computer and I just told him what I wanted and where I wanted it, and how big I wanted things
and we drew it up.
As Donn has mentioned mine is an unusual height, it has got 4m walls (to the gutter) so there is plenty of airgap. This is going to help keep the shed
cooler, give me space to fit a hoist 
and room to build a messinine floor into the back area.
The shed also had to be stronger because I'm on the beach and in a cyclone area. So it had to be a little beefier to meet all the wind rating
requirements.
One other thing is that it's a different width to normal too. It's 7 wide not 6m. Because I intend to use this as a workshop I wanted that little
bit of extra room to move and work around the cars when they are inside.
Thanks to everyone for looking at my shed, I'll put more pictures uo when it's fully completed (maybe with the first project underway )

My half brother designs and builds many and has a lot of experience.
He build mine back in the early 80s and its seen 150+ km winds a few times plus 2 smallish earth quakes apparently?
And I can lift well over 500kg so far and probably over a ton on the trusses
no problems yet.
18.5m x 10.5m x 4m to the truss, 6m total height. This is the smallest and most basic shed between our properties, his get much bigger and cedar
lined with mezzanine
