Hi all,
I have started a new job and have to supply my own tag, I will be reimbursed for work trips which might be a lot as I'll be on the road a bit.
Has any one got any tips or suggestions, I have had a quick look but not sure which one is better, I am able to claim expenses weekly but not sure if
statements are weekly or monthly and if the are easy enough to get hold of. Costs involved?
Best value?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
I use a Melbourne Citilink E-Tag.........I found that to be the best value at the time i was shopping around.
Thanks Craig,
ps when are we going to go for a cruise? Car is all sorted now.
still need to sort my brake lights out ! Maybe next weekend as this weekend is porsche and evo play day !
Are you going to the Porsche concourse at silverwater on Saturday?
i will give you a call tomorrow ![]()
Hi
If your in a privately registered car you can claim cashback on the M5. I use Tollpay https://www.tollpay.com.au/
I get quarterly statements for cashback
Steve
It's not privately reg'd as its a company car.
Any other info out there?
Best tip: move to W.A., no e-tags!
To be honest I just use the RTA (RMS???) E-tag - it has monthly statements and only has the initial fee then automatically tops up when it drops
Haven't had any issues with it; and assigning it to a particular car isn't necessary; plus it works in Vic and QLD
what does it mean when the beep twice? mine started doing this about last week.
I,ve got e-tag Roam tolling.they have statements every quarter. You might be able to go paperless and do it all online with your account like the banks
do.
Normally if it beeps twice it isn,t working correctly and you have to contact the company to get it fixed or replaced.
what already? geez that didn't last long. only a year and a half :/
I'll have to ask my boss to get me a new one then.
