I recently purchased a new BBQ on line, not because I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else but this one came up at a good price just at the time I was thinking of buying a new one, so I ordered it and it arrived quick smart but when I assembled it I found 2 small problems, so I contacted the company expecting the usuall run around, not so!, they listened, advised and acted, I've never dealt with an organisation who gave such good service.
