I have spilled fuel in the garage and have washed the floor with the hose but garage still smells of petrol.
How can i get rid of the petrol smell?
I take it the concrete has absorbed it all?
Ventilation and time.
Fuel smell means its fumes in the air, not any residue on concrete. Pedestal fan blowing air out with a window or door open to keep air flow going
would be good 
You could try mothballs to soak up the smell or bi carb??????

windows and doors open for 24 hours did the job in mine....bowls of bicarb soda may absorb some?
I did open the windows and garage for 2 days but smells still there when i close everything up.
I will try bicarb soda next.
Activated charcoal will absorb most odours; when I was designing a fart muffler, that's what I used....

Connected all the time of do you have to hold un until you can strap it too you?

Plug some of these in around the rest of the house then everything will smell the same as your garage.
