Pretty sure it was a Geoff Paradise buid - Operation Panza?

If I had a garage.........................

This was the car Geoff Paradise wrote about as operation Panzer or whatever he called it, but it was actually being built by someone else, and he just cheekily implied he was building it. The guy who owned and built it was Steve Walmsley with lots of parts and tech support from Vintage Veedub Supplies

Totally agree it was a fantastic car. Very nicely built and finished.
