of course the cheap purchase price is just the tip of the ice berg, expect WAY more costs with a 'cheap' car etc

i am currently looking at a project, i would like to semi-restore one, to me cheap is up to $1,000 and i would not use it as a daily driver. i am really really keen on this style project and would really like one.
