Hello all, must be squareback with manual trans, useable driver able to get rego (or close to it) that requires no major rebuilding. Looking for one with restored body or cheap enough to spend money on the bodywork - I can't do this myself. I have looked at cars from $3k to >$10k. Interstate considered but ideally within a day's return trip to Lismore / Ballina, northern NSW. Cheers

This ones on ebay at the moment & looks like it ticks everything but the locality. But at least its NSW registered already. So you spend an extra day picking it up? Probably easier just to spend a few hundred on a transporter.

Thanks DOKA Dave and split. That one indeed has been on carsales for a while. It does appear to be a good one and ticks the boxes too. I just can't bring myself to like the colour so I never enquired. I wondered if it would look more appealing in-the-flesh.
