Surprised you selling the T3, you staying with T3's or moving onto something else.

Scottkombi - August 17th, 2015 at 02:59 PM

mmm nice caravelle.

They look awesome lowered with some nice wheels like you have done.

Best of luck with the sale - worth every cent for that money.

Yer Phil a regretful sale, really would prefer to keep this one but I need to get something I can toe a car trailer with, and I don't have the time to be doing the engine and brake upgrade on this, engineers etc.

And thanks Scott, I to love the look of the T3's and the way they drive, I know I'm going to miss it.

Come on Brad or Barry, surely one of you need a second one :starhit:

mike64 - August 23rd, 2015 at 04:46 PM

I have all the Std springs and good shocks, that can be fitted back on if lowered is not for you.

Also the Std 5 x112 stud pattern is still abel to be used as to fit standard wheels n tyres if needed. Price cheaper without mag wheels.

TYPE3 - October 3rd, 2015 at 08:27 PM

Hey mate, out of interest what coils were in this?

mike64 - October 6th, 2015 at 08:57 PM

Sorry have been away,

Fronts are Just Kampers advertised 60mm drop but in realty 82mm with modded Hilux Front shocks.

Rear are BMW rear, with Ti Beetle rear Silver KYB Gas shocks.

It rode quite good, however the front shocks should have been 1 inch shorter because of the spring real installed hight.

Cheers Mike.
