on club rego but would roadworthy easily - listed again as i have a new project available

a bit rough around the edges but a very straight bus generally - has had rust repairs, lowered 1 notch

looking for around 10k but negotiable and open to swaps or part trades (old surf wagon or something interesting)

So what is a selling price then, I can't justify or see 10K in the lowlight as it sits. How about a price without engine and gearbox ?.....

all good - keep looking

10k is what it will cost- not pushed to sell and i am very aware that i would have trouble replacing it at that price with a running driving roadworthy lowlight should i change my mind - thanks

Hang on, so in your OP you state negotiable and I opened a conversation and started to negotiate and now it's basically 10k with no movement or negotiating.
Sounds to me you don't really want to sell it at all.

yes i'm on the fence regarding selling, also not in a position to trade for a vehicle priced around the $40k mark

serious offers are welcome and i may be interested in swaps.. as an example i realy like the beetle that couplons has listed on this site- this is only an example for the sake of making a point

not really interested in public humbug comments regarding price and percieved value, my number is in the advert so public discussion and posting such comments is not really necessary

chris, cool bus!!

looking at buying my first bus and this early bay is very appealing.

can you please give me some more information in regards to the rust repairs that have been carried out already? are there any other parts of the bus that will need further rust repairs completed albeit major or minor?

in regards to the pop top...what condition is it in? canvas, lifting mechs etc?

Getting a fair bit of interest at the moment so thought i'd share some pics of any issue or interest areas- photo from underneath in engine bay showing spare wheel well - this is the worst affected part after carby fire..

this bus was not intended as a resto - i just fixed it up so i could use it - it is a great blank canvas if you want to get into a bus and continue to make improvements but its not a 100% finished unit

I think the price reflects this and cant find anything of a similar age online for a similar price unless its rusted out all over.

recommend that seriously interested parties come and inspect - or send someone to take a look - can put on a hoist at work etc if you like - not in a hurry or pushed to sell
