I always wondered what happened of this car..
I drove it seven years ago when i was looking for my first bug. thought to myself, "I'm buying this car".... then i snapped the throttle cable.
Owner tied a knot or somthing round the throttle leaver in the engine bay, and drove it back to his house in second gear and like 6000 rpm!
Needless to say i didn't buy it. Actually been thinking in the last couple weeks what happened to the five or so good looking bugs i saw in 2010, and
up pops this..
Good to see its still in really great looking condition.
Good luck with the sale
Deposit has been taken and will be picked up on Friday, and now I can continue to work on my new one, 71 beetle.
Well done
Someone should be cruising this weekend
