pricing on bay panels

mate of mine wants to know a reasonable pricing for a bay window panel van

minimal rust - nothing major
rego
good engine - runs well
good paint

basically a stock panel hes in the market. but doesnt want to have to do too much work to it.

good 1600cc.
11/71 model. small taillights, disc brakes.
needs some welding in the cab floor.

has been a workhorse, not a show pony though.
