This 1960 panelvan is very straight and almost totally rust free.
It was hit slightly in the front right headlight and a little roughly repaired. No other damage.
It has slight bubbling at bottom of front apron ,but rear panel of front apron is good.
The cargo door sill has surface rust on outer section ,but inner panel is good.
The cargo floor and rear deck are excellent, with only 1 small hole near door.
Cargo area is covered in oil,cos ive used this bus to store old engines and gearboxes.
The steel cab divider section has been removed and 2 small sections of the rear firewall panel are roughly cut out, probably for a buggy exhaust.?
The engine door is a later one and the semaphores are missing as well as the rear lights.
It has Mercedes (?) seats fitted to the front cab and it has no engine.
The gutters and side panels are pretty straight and rust free and the under side looks great with only some minor surface rust. Jack points and
outriggers and chassis rails look perfect.
The roof is good tho has some dents.
The cab floor is excellent and the dog legs look perfect as are the cab doors.
The dash and tray are good and uncut, tho has a small ripple in front of the ashtray which happened while rolling this bus off the trailer(only minor
to sort out)
Cargo doors and rear guard’s are great original with only some slight surface rust.
Ive had it stored for about 15 years now.
It will be sad to see it go but i have no time to restore it .
Im asking $4000ono for this bus.
Bus is located in Perth
I have many pics of this bus,so email me if you are keen.

You have had 158 views but no offers, do you think it might have to do with the price???
With shipping to the eastern states(where the majority of members are) for its condition , this is one hell of an expensive bus???
Not being negative, being realistic.
Cheers
Dave
Dave.
Yes 4 grand is a top figure in this country at the moment.
But consider this.
Its an early semaphore panel, with no holes cut in it.
Its been stored for at least 15 years that i know of.
Has one hole in the floor, and not by rust.
And probably will not need any welding.
At the moment i will not reduce this price, because i believe its reasonable value, considering what i see selling for alot more.
Thanks
Mark
it is nice , i would consider it if i had only one bus but i now have two and yes the first is not even finished yet so some lucky person will own this soon :kiss
Mark , I have sent you a few U2U s , you have not opened
