no i think he was told to sell some or no more projects

preacherman - December 5th, 2004 at 11:05 AM

Are you able to post prices for both vehicles

vanderaj - December 5th, 2004 at 12:08 PM

Two guns,

please follow the Buying and Selling Rules. Please alter your first post to include:

Persons Name – first name is all that is required, not a nickname or login etc.
Phone number – can either be a Mobile or land line, area code must be included if it is a land line.
Suburb / Post Code – suburb name in full and postcode of suburb so no confusion between states/ cities
Item Description including Brand – Much info as possible, include brand if known.
Condition – Picture is best but if no picture is available than be as descriptive as you can
Item Cost - $10 000 ono

If you are in NSW, it's illegal not to provide:
* if registered - Registration number.
* if unregistered - Chassis & Engine Number. It's good karma in all other states and territories to provide this.

As if you would state the wrong year, that would be false advertising. Even though it may say 57 on the chassis or VIN it still makes it a 1958 model. Get your facts straight before advertising.:cussing

VDUBXTC - December 7th, 2004 at 12:31 AM

57 or 58 who gives a shit.
Get over it guys, he is not advertising that it is an oval.
for fuck sake you can see that for your self in the pics.:kiss

frenzix - December 7th, 2004 at 12:33 AM

i didn't mean to drag out a turd like that, just was wondering more than anything... for everyones sake

byronbus - December 7th, 2004 at 07:23 AM

twoguns - December 7th, 2004 at 07:23 AM

Well It might be a "58 Model" But when you go to rego it, IT will be regoed as a 57, so technically it would be false advertising if he said it is a 58.....Look at the new subaru's (or any new make really!) they sell their 2005 model from sept/oct this year, When regoed it will be regoed as a 2004 model, until dec31 this year....It really all depends when it was first regoed, but I can tell you from experiance that If I were to buy it and bring it to melbourne to rego it, it will have 57 on the sticker......2G Good luck with the sale man....TO tell you the truth Im suprised the T34 hasnt sold yet.

N!

preacherman - December 7th, 2004 at 07:53 AM

Well Twoguns selling something on AVD is akin to putting your hand in a meat grinder at times eh mate! I hope you find your buyers. I doubt if they will be among those that have responded so far tho! Great looking KG

Grey 57 - December 7th, 2004 at 11:17 AM

Aug 1957 was the first big back window model.
So that makes 2Gs a 57 as he says.

I wrecked a early big window this year and it had 1957 on the rego sticker.
Makes it a rare beast too. Only made big window 57's for 5 months.

57kombi - December 7th, 2004 at 11:42 AM

Dont forget , these vehicles have been around for quite a while and reg offices are always updating etc.
My chassis number staes its a 57.
The rego states its a 59.

I dont think they would have waited 2 years to rego it.

Cheers
Dave

Only doing this to bump yours up mate.

frenzix - December 7th, 2004 at 01:40 PM

I take it with the lack of the original posts, this thread is dead?

If so, one of the moderators will delete it sooner or later.

Andrew

twoguns - December 7th, 2004 at 05:46 PM

its called hijack... isnt it?

vanderaj - December 7th, 2004 at 05:49 PM

Hijacking the thread usually involves someone else posting their vehicle for sale in your threads.

I find the threads which stick to the rules don't have so much conversation and better sales results.
