Chook shed - did you want me to get a COD cost for you?

Sleeper - COD OK for you too? Note these are all RHD ones. You can use them on the Left side OK just be mounted upside down is all.

57 Chook Shed - December 6th, 2004 at 08:13 AM

Nah, I`d prefer to send money by direct bank deposit or money order.
COD costs the earth.
Cheers
Graham.

Grey 57 - December 6th, 2004 at 08:38 AM

No worries Graeme, I will get it packed and postage costed and let you know.

Cheers
Dean

57 Chook Shed - December 6th, 2004 at 02:58 PM

How long is the door?? I always thought that you could only post stuff that is under 105cm with Aust. Post.
Cheers
Graham.

Grey 57 - December 6th, 2004 at 07:22 PM

No I have been posting RHD dashes to the states and they are 1.6mtrs or so packed. My local PO seems happy to do it. I thought the lenght limit was 2.0mtrs. Think it depends on the induvidual PO agency too.

karmannghia60 - December 10th, 2004 at 08:57 PM

Hey Dean, what are the front and back offsets on the 356 Chromie? Still got the gearbox?

Grey 57 - December 10th, 2004 at 10:06 PM

Hi Raf, not sure about the offsets. Its a 5.5in wheel works fine for any Beetle. I had this size all round on my oval with 185 tyres. No worries with scraping or anything.

Yeah mate still got the gearbox and it still has your name on it. Come and get it. I really need to room now.

karmannghia60 - December 11th, 2004 at 06:35 AM

Hey Dean, I am asking about the offset because I already have one chromie so if yours is the same, maybe we can make a deal on both the chromie & g/b. R u able to measure them?

Grey 57 - December 12th, 2004 at 09:08 AM

Hi Raf, the inside wheel offsett is 95mm. Thats measuring from the outside edge of the rim (with a straight edge across the wheel) down to the centre.

Happy to do a deal on the pair for you mate!!

Cheers
Dean

karmannghia60 - December 12th, 2004 at 08:07 PM
