Does anyone know who this person is and their contact details

Appreciate if someone can shed a bit more light about the flying VW emblem.. Who is it made by? When (are these vintage pieces?)? etc. Thanks.

go to your newsagent and buy a copy of the latest vwma there is actually a story about flying vw logos, history, origins etc....
