for sale: fire damaged 67 beetle OR wanted: various parts

everything is fairly good condition except for the engine, bootlid, wiring, rear window is smashed, i will try to get pics soon........

or if anyone could help me out with some parts that would be great.

i need....

wiring harness, distributer, coil, fan, posibly generator...anything in the engine bay that can burn needs replacing, rear window glass, decklid (any lid before 67 i'll even take a w)

no, but i did get to have it on the road for nearly a month. :)

everything in the front is good for parts, or if someone is willing to spend a little money to bring it back.

could be a good base for a project.....maybe turn it into a split oval.

thanks mark, but i have decided not to fix it, i deregistered it today, if someone else gets it they might want your decklid?

the car should be easy enough to get to brisbane, when i bought it i trailered it up here from there. only cost me $50 for trailer hire.
