Yep you read right. It is automatic Honda CB750 1977 model. Imported from the States. There are a few of them here now. I bought it two years ago and
have had a lot of fun cruising on it. It is pretty cool with a two speed auto.
It is in good condition for its age and has had the tank resprayed in red pearl. The chromework is marked and the seat has a split. It has new tyres
only done 500miles.
It has trouble starting at the moment and it appears to need some work done to the rocker gear/cam/timing belt. It is to be sold as is without a
Roadworthy and the rego is out of date today. Has new coils / plugs and leads fitted. Also has had new exhaust mufflers x 2 fitted
Rego BM573
Price $1000

I got my new bike on the weekend and need to sell this bike. It is cool as, look at those high handlebars.
Open to offers.
What new bike did you get Pete?
Steve
I went from an 'old' 1977 Honda CB750 to a 'modern' 1980 Yamaha XS850
Hmmm What year were you born Steve?
LOL

Steve

I think you've taken a step backwards Helbus :thumb
hi hell bus love the old girl, must say auto never seen one, suits as oldes,,,if i had the cash mate i would grap it for sure.....
cheers....
Yeah if you have a bad left hand and cannot operate a clutch it is perfect. In fact I was speaking to a guy who has a friend with only one arm (like
the drummer from Def Leppard) that rides one.
I looked up some sites on the internet and in the States a lot of guys 'chopperise' them and just cruise.
The main reason I am selling it is that I seriously do not have time at all to touch it and just had to get back on a bike before it was winter
again.
Feel free to u2u or ring and make a time to look at or just chat about it. It is a head turner. Just the new tyres, new coils & leads, new exhaust
pipes cost me nearly $1000 a year ago. Only done 500 miles since then. This is a steal at this price. In fact I will throw in the original OHIO
numberplate that was on the back of it.
did you sell this ?
Oh yeah sorry, it drifted so far off the page I forgot. I didn't get much interest, but eventually a guy rang, came that evening with cash and ute
and took it on the spot.
Now I have a 1980 Yamaha XS850 triple
